Alex Escrig caused a surprise by leading the final day of official Moto2 pre-season testing for the Forward team.
The Spaniard smashed the official lap record with a 1m 38.815s, putting him 0.214s clear of Boscocuro's Celestino Vietti.
Alonso Lopez was the leading Kalex rider in third, with reigning title runner-up and day one leader Manuel Gonzalez slipping to eleventh (but fifth on combined times).
Aspar's Dani Holgado was the only other rider not to improve on the final day.
The opening round of the 2026 Moto2 season takes place at Buriram, Thailand, next weekend.
