World Supercross 2026 Calendar

The FIM World Supercross Championship has unveiled the first five locations for its 2026 calendar, with Canada, Great Britain, Argentina, Australia and South Africa confirmed as part of the opening phase of next season.

The provisional calendar lists Calgary’s McMahon Stadium as the venue for the opening round on August 8, before the series returns to the United Kingdom for a stop at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium on October 10. Buenos Aires follows on October 24 at Autódromo Oscar & Juan Gálvez, while the Gold Coast’s Cbus Super Stadium is scheduled to host the Australian round on November 21.

South Africa is also on the calendar, although its venue and date have yet to be announced, while one further round remains TBA.

Calgary is a new destination for World Supercross, but the championship’s return to Canada means it will race in the country for a third consecutive year.

Birmingham marks the series’ first UK stop since 2023, while Buenos Aires and the Gold Coast both return after featuring on recent calendars.

South Africa is also back on the schedule after making its debut last season, as World Supercross continues to expand across key international markets.

World Supercross CEO Tom Burwell said the initial announcement was another step in building the category’s biggest season to date.

“This announcement is the next step in building our biggest season yet,” Burwell said.

“Returning to strong markets like Canada, Argentina, South Africa and Australia highlights how these GPs have grown year on year, while bringing the championship back to the UK is something fans have been asking for. With another round still to be revealed, there is even more to come.”

FIM Motocross Commission Director Antonio Alia Portela said the schedule balanced established markets with the series’ broader global ambitions.

“World Supercross continues to demonstrate its global ambition and elite standard of racing. The 2026 calendar announced so far reflects a strong balance of established markets and world-class destinations, and we look forward to seeing the full calendar confirmed soon.”

Further team and rider announcements are expected in the lead-up to the season opener.
